1–2 weeks before

Check your lease for carpet-cleaning requirements
Count your rooms and get a price (flat $50 a room, $100 for a master suite)
Book the cleaning for after the movers and before the walkthrough

The day before

Move out furniture and boxes, or at least clear the floors
Vacuum up large debris
Make sure the power is still on (we plug into a regular outlet)
Note any stains you want us to focus on

Let us in, or leave lockbox or access details in your booking notes
We clean, extract and groom the carpet
Open windows or run the AC to speed drying
Ask for a receipt for your landlord
